Demolition of 30-32 Somerset Avenue. Erection of 7 houses comprising: 2 x pairs of 3-bedroom houses with accommodation in the roofspace and 3 x 4-bedroom detached houses (2 with accommodation in the roofspace) with associated parking and landscaping and formation of new access road from Somerset Avenue
